At Holiday Sale, we want you to love your seasonal fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn fashion items in their original packaging and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
